About

I'm a founder and commercial leader with over fifteen years' experience scaling a European property business to profitability and £20m in revenue. I spent the early part of that journey building and scaling the commercial engine across operations, sales and real estate, before moving into brand and marketing to help shape how the business grew and was experienced.

My work has largely centred on using brand as a practical growth lever. That's included building partnerships with leading technology companies, developing ecosystems around the product, and using events as a way to drive brand, retention and pipeline. Alongside this, I've hosted roundtables for senior operators and extended these initiatives into content, including reports and a podcast focused on founders and operators across Europe.

I'm particularly interested in how brand translates into the real world. Much of my work has been at the intersection of physical space and digital experience, shaping environments that feel coherent, considered and memorable. I tend to take a cross-functional view, connecting commercial, product and brand decisions to create experiences that stand up in practice, not just in theory.

In the Spring of 2026, I took the decision to step away from the company, to take a career break. Whilst I remain a shareholder I will be exploring new opportunities in early 2027.

    Techspace
    Co-Founder & Leadership Team — 2012 – 2026 · London & Berlin

    Co-founded Techspace and helped scale the business from a single site in Old Street to a multi-city workspace platform serving Europe's technology ecosystem.

    • Expanded from 1 location to 9 across London and Berlin
    • Helped raise three investment rounds to support growth
